Most packs that show sudden range drops or fail to charge can be repaired because the issue lies in cell imbalance or a faulty BMS circuit. However, if the majority of cells are chemically degraded, heavily rusted, or bloated, we recommend recycling and replacing the pack for safety.
We provide a 2 to 3-year warranty on our newly manufactured battery packs. For repairs and BMS replacements, we provide a 6-month warranty on the replaced components and serviced sections.
